All sales are final. Sevayn does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and size information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, eligible claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If tracking indicates an issue with delivery or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
